Here are the boys doing what they do best, fetch!! Both live to play ball. Thankfully Jake is great at bringing it back, Sam needs to do a few victory laps first!

Ten years later I still love watching these videos of Sam; he is so polite, letting Jake have the Kong even though he got there first. He was meant to be a Canadian dog.
Sam passed away suddenly on Nov.26,2020 of a hemangiosarcoma around his heart. We had a wonderful life together; I call it a Great Canadian Love Story. We are devastated by his passing, but I find comfort in coming back here to see these videos of him and Jake. Such a sweet boy, my Angel Face.
